Using Track

Tracking the progress of your application

After you have sent your application to us, you can use the Track service to:

  • follow the progress of your application
  • change your postal address, email address and/or phone number
  • verify your email address so we can contact you by email
  • make additional choices, depending on the status of your application and the stage of application cycle. You can make a maximum of four choices, including no more than two primary teaching courses
  • view all the information on your application, except your reference
  • reply to your offers
  • withdraw your application.

Changing your contact details

You can change details as necessary. For example, if you have changed your postal address, email address or phone number since completing the original application. However, we strongly recommend that you do not change your email address during the application cycle unless it is absolutely necessary, because it may result in important communications with you being delayed.

We will pass on your new details to the training provider that is considering your application or where you have accepted a place, but if you are expecting any urgent correspondence from them, you may also want to tell them yourself. If you have changed your address, you should also make arrangements to redirect your mail so that you receive any correspondence that has already been posted to you.

How to log into Track
