Why have my Personal ID, username and password not been accepted?

Please ensure that you enter your Personal ID as numbers only: no dashes(-) are needed. Enter your username and password exactly as you entered them to use Apply. Remember that they are case sensitive. If the fields are reset after you click on the 'log in' button, it indicates that incorrect details have been entered.

If you have five failed attempts to log into the service in one day, you will not be permitted to access the service until the next day. If this happens, you can call our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 469. They may be able to unlock your account. Calls from UK BT landlines will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
