I cannot change my existing choices on Track. How do I make these changes?
You cannot change any choices where we have already sent your application for consideration. If you want to change choices to which we have not yet sent your application for consideration, please call our Customer Service Unit on +44 (0)871 468 0 469. Calls from UK BT landlines will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
