Do you have a question? If you do, please read through this list and you may find the answer.

General

  • I have forgotten my Track username and password. What can I do?
  • Why can't I get to the next page when I click on the 'log in' link?
  • Why have my Personal ID, username and password not been accepted?
  • I have been locked out of Track. What can I do?
  • Why do I get a message saying that the service has 'timed out'?
  • Why can't I add a choice on Track?
  • I cannot change my existing choices on Track. How do I make these changes?
  • Can I add another choice to my application if I have already accepted an offer?
