New homepage

The GTTR homepage will be changing this week to make navigating the website much easier.

Following a series of workshops with students earlier in the year, we realised that some people weren't able to find what they were looking for when they first visited our website. So to make the experience better, we've improved the homepage layout and added some clever new tools.

Find what you need quickly

The navigation of the homepage has been improved - it'll now be easier to get to services and advice.

Our video guides will be displayed on screen - you can choose a video from the box. We plan to add further videos during the application cycle for 2012 entry.

Ask a question on our website

You can easily find the answers to specific questions using our new FAQ search tool - just type your full question into the text box (which will be available on every page of the site) and the answer will be displayed. If your question isn't there, we'll offer some related questions that might also help.

The top queries we're being asked will be displayed on screen - click on the question you want to ask and the answer will be displayed instantly, with no need to search through the site.

And we'll track which questions haven't been answered so we can provide responses for any future searches.

The new-look homepage is set to go live this week on www.gttr.ac.uk. Below is an example of how it will look
