Personal details
Advice about completing the Personal details section
In this section we ask you to enter personal information which will be passed on to your chosen training providers.
Your name, postal address, email address, date of birth and telephone numbers will be shown as you entered them when you registered.
We also ask you to provide further information about yourself for different reasons. If you have a disability, we ask you to provide information about any individual requirements you may have so that training providers can make the necessary arrangements for you. We ask you to give your residential status in the UK to assist training providers in determining your tuition fees.
As the courses for which you are applying involve working with children, we ask you to confirm whether or not you agree to a criminal records check. You will need to undergo an enhanced criminal records check before you can start your teacher training.
We ask you to declare whether or not you have any relevant unspent criminal convictions to help training providers reduce the risk of harm or injury to their students and staff caused by the criminal behaviour of other students. Help text is provided to explain the terms 'relevant' and 'unspent'.
