What happens when my application is sent to the GTTR?

When we receive your completed application we process it and send it to your highest choice of training provider that has vacancies. We send you a Welcome letter to tell you where we have sent your application for consideration. We send applications online to one training provider at a time in your order of preference. The training provider will consider your application and decide whether or not to offer you a place.

If the training provider does not offer you a place, we will send your application to your next highest choice with vacancies.

If you receive an offer, you must reply through the GTTR by using the Track service on this website. If you accept the offer, we will not send your application to any other training providers. If you turn down the offer, we will send your application to your next highest choice with vacancies.
