Why is the pay/send link not working?

You will only be able to access the Pay/send section of your application after

  • you have marked all the sections of your application as complete and saved the completed sections.
  • you have received our email to tell you that your principal referee has provided a reference.

If you consider that all the sections of your application, including the reference, are complete and you still cannot access the pay/send section, please call our Customer Service Unit on 0871 468 0 469 (or 0044 871 468 0 469 from outside the UK) open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 (UK time).

UK BT landline calls will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
