I'm locked out of Apply. What can I do?

You can lock yourself out of Apply by accidentally closing the browser instead of using the log out link or by entering the wrong password five times.

If you have logged out without using the log out link, you will see the following message next time you log in: 'You are already logged in. Please ensure that this is your only active session. Click log in if you wish to proceed.' Clicking on 'log in' will automatically allow you back into your application.

If you have entered the wrong password five times, call our Customer Service Unit on 0871 468 0 469 (or 0044 871 468 0 469 from outside the UK) open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 (UK time) and they will be able to unlock your account. UK BT landline calls will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
