You can apply for up to four choices of course, including no more than two primary teaching courses. You must enter your choices in order of preference, because we send applications to one training provider at a time for consideration.
If you are applying for primary courses, we must receive your application by 1 December 2009 to guarantee that we can send it to your first choice training provider for consideration. This deadline does not apply to middle years, secondary or post compulsory/ further education courses.
Most courses start in September each year. Modular and flexible courses may have several start dates during the application cycle and you can enter the earliest date that you can start a course on your application. You should contact training providers to find out their course start dates and ensure that you apply early enough to be considered for your preferred start date.
If you made fewer than four choices when you sent us your application and you have not already accepted a place, you may be able to add further choices on Track so that there are up to four listed on your application. Please remember that you cannot have more than two choices for primary teaching showing on your application at any one time.
Whether or not you can make additional choices and the number of new choices you can make will depend on the status of your application and the stage of the application cycle. The Track service will tell you what you can do.
You should check on Course Search whether or not courses have vacancies before making any additional choices.
