I get a message saying the service has 'timed out'
For security reasons, the application times out after 30 minutes of inactivity. 'Inactivity' includes the time spent directly typing a personal statement into the online system. Please ensure that you save your personal statement every 10 minutes or so, if you are entering it this way, to ensure that you are not timed out. In this instance you will need to restart the application by returning to the Apply main page.
