You have recently sent my application to a training provider, when will I receive their decision?

Training providers should tell us whether or not you have been invited for interview within 28 days of receiving your application. If they invite you for interview, they have 56 days starting from the date of receiving your application to hold the interview and give us their final decision. If you can see on Track that your application was sent to a training provider more than four weeks ago and they have not provided a decision, it would be advisable to contact the training provider for the latest information.
