Can I change my reply to an offer?
In some circumstances you may be able to change your reply within seven days of the date on your Offer letter. You should call our Customer Service on 0871 468 0 469 (or 0044 871 468 0 469 from outside the UK) for advice. Calls from UK BT landlines will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary.
