How can I find my Personal ID?

Your Personal ID is printed at the top of your Welcome letter. You need to quote this number if you need to contact us or training providers.

If you cannot find your Welcome letter, please call our Customer Service Unit on 0871 468 0 469 (or 0044 871 468 0 469 from outside the UK) open Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 18:00 (UK time). UK BT landline calls will cost no more than nine pence per minute. The cost of calls from mobiles and other networks may vary. You will have to answer some security questions before we can give you the number.
