web-link is used to view GTTR applicant data and to update institution and vacancy data. It is reached directly through an internet connection, giving you the most up-to-date access to both your applicants and course vacancies from a single log-on point.
For member institutions who deal with more than one admissions service (UCAS, GTTR, UKPASS and CUKAS), quick access is available to all your data by simply navigating through the system menu and selecting the admissions service of your choice.
There are several methods for sending application information electronically. Please check with your GTTR Correspondent which method you use.
Two methods are available: odbc-link and xml-link. We make data available to you for downloading into your own admissions system.
Interactive connection
web-link enables you to make enquiries and update both application and course data. It is a web-based service of the kind familiar to PC users. It must be used, for updating application and course data, by all institutions that are not using a data transfer method.
Technical and user information for all methods is available on this website.
This section provides information about using the link products, and you can view and download user guides and manuals for each.
